The Strawberry Shortcake Food Fair is an immersive, client-based event that will bring the beloved brand of Strawberry Shortcake to a wide range of audiences. The Strawberry Shortcake Food Fair is a 10m x 6m event. With a food truck in the rear, festoon lighting overhead and a carnival style entrance sign; visitors will be transported to a fun filled experience.
The front of the craft village will feature an archway with the Strawberry Shortcake logo on the top of it. The perimeter of the event will comprise of custom cut 2 metre fencing and white picket fencing. The flooring will be artificial green grass. Festoon lighting will be overhead.
As visitors enter, they will see picnic tables, dressed with pink checker tablecloths. An attendant will direct them to the “food truck” at the rear of the event where they will receive a cupcake to decorate. When they have completed decorating their cupcake they will be able to take it home.
