Showtime Attractions was given the opportunity to produce and event manage the launch the Disney Tinkerbell Movie to DVD. Locations for the event took place in Sydney on the Royal Botanic Gardens and Melbourne at the Jam Factory In November 2008. The event was produced as a Fairy Academy where children came along in sessions throughout the day.

The Fairy academy consisted of:

• Fairy Face Painting
• Craft Activities
• Special Fairy Tea Party
• Children presented with Tinkerbell Academy certificates  

The concept submitted was for Showtime Attractions to theme a Fairy Lifestyle, full of colour, fun and excitement. This successful event set the benchmark for the Disney Fairy Academy to become a ‘must be at’ event for all little girls around the country.
