The Dark Knight is a 2008 superhero film directed and co-written by Christopher Nolan starring Christian Bale, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Michael Cain and Australia’s own Heath Ledger. The Dark Knight is a movie based on the DC Comics character Batman.

The movie is set within a year after the events of Batman Begins. Lieutenant James Gordon and District attorney Harvey Dent along with the Dark Knight successfully begin to round up the criminals that plague Gotham City until a mysterious and a rising mastermind in the criminal world known to the citizens of Gotham as The Joker comes back to haunt and terrorize the city again.

The Dark Knight took over $1 billion in worldwide box office making it the most popular super hero movie of all time and the second highest grossing movie ever. The Australian box office was a record $46m plus

You will be able to colour in your Dark Knight line art table mat. Once you have finished your creation it will be laminated into a plastic pouch, so it is protected you can even show it off to your Superhero before you take it home.
